Get ready to hit the reset button!

This is what you can expect from the 5 WEEK MIND AND BODY DETOX CHALLENGE:

Week 1 Starts on June 25th: Prep for Success.

In a private Facebook page, you will receive daily encouragement and step-by-step instructions on how to not only be successful during the cleanse, but also how to prepare yourself for the unexpected that may try to derail you.

Week 2: The Cleanse

We will all meet in person on Saturday July 2nd 10:00 am to 12:00pm for a 2-hour intensive coaching session that will also include a goal setting workshop.

You will be amazed at how simple our neuroscience is and how clear the path to change is going to be.

In the daily online group, we will provide support during the cleanse. There will be organized group exercise opportunities where you can find workout buddies and accountability partners. Post recipes, ask questions, cheer on, and most importantly, give and receive support from your tribe!

Week 3: The Secret to Change

Saturday July 9th 10:00 am to 12:00pm. In this 2-hour intensive coaching session you will learn the science of change, why change appears difficult, and how to use this knowledge to your advantage. We will also work on your individual action step for success.

Week 4: Abolishing Self-Sabotage for Good.

Saturday July 16th 10:00 am to 12:00pm. In this 2-hour intensive coaching session you will learn the truth about self-sabotage, how to recognize it before it's too late and how to use it to your advantage.

Week 5: Creating Lasting Change- The Life You've Always Wanted

Saturday July 23rd 10:00 am to 12:00pm. In this 2-hour intensive coaching session you will learn how to create lasting change. You will learn the science behind habit formation, because don't we all want to BE different without having to think about or TRY to be different. We want our positive actions to be on autopilot!

At the end of the 5 weeks, you will feel fantastic and have a new positive focus and strategic plan for whatever it was you decided to change!
